Are these fares final, or can they change?
These are indicative starting rates for planning your budget. The exact fare depends on the actual route, date, festival-season demand and vehicle availability, and is always confirmed on the phone before you book — never after the trip starts.
What is driver bata and why is it charged separately?
Driver bata is a fixed daily allowance that covers the driver's food and stay on outstation trips. It's charged per day of the trip, separately from the per-km running charge, and is standard across the Hyderabad outstation taxi industry.
Are toll charges and permits included in the per-km rate?
No. Tolls, parking, and interstate permit charges (where applicable) are billed at actuals and shown as separate line items, not folded into the per-km rate.
Do you charge extra for night pickups or early morning starts?
There's no separate night surcharge for scheduled bookings. Emergency or last-minute bookings requested with very short notice may carry a small convenience charge, which is always disclosed upfront.
Can I get a GST invoice for my trip?
Yes, GST-compliant invoices are available for corporate, business and government bookings — just let us know at the time of booking.
